Maniac is a Delhi-bred craft beer brand built on the conviction that flavoured beer should taste like the fruit, not its memory. Brewed by two ex-engineers and an ex-perfumer in 800-litre runs, foiled by hand, and dropped six at a time.

03 — THE STORY

We started Maniac
because beer
got too polite.

Two brewers, one ex-perfumer, a warehouse in Okhla, and a serious problem with how craft beer had become an apology. So we made the loudest one we could think of.

Every batch is brewed in 800-litre runs, single-hopped, foil-stamped by hand, and dropped six at a time. When it's gone, it's gone. The next one will be weirder.

Three years, six flavours, no chill.

2023
First test brew in a Saket garage. 18 litres. Two of us. Mostly mango.
2024
Moved into 800-litre tanks at Okhla Phase II. Foiled the first label by hand.
2025
Soft-launch in Khan Market. 600 cans gone in three nights. Friends started lying about ‘knowing the brewer’.
2026

From mash to bottling, we keep it under 18°C. No skunk, no shortcuts.
